This helps us to maintain a high customer service level as well as charging a low admin fee compared to standard High street admin fee's for the tenants and landlords. Admin fee's per tenant of £FREE which covers credit checks, referencing, video inventory, move in's and outs. A holding fee of £ one weeks rent applies to reserve a room and cease marketing. This fee will contribute towards your deposit (subject to move in). (Please note holding fee's are none refundable if the tenant fails referencing or decides not to move in a property)
